Hair Routine

 Monthly

Clarify hair with: Vitale Olive Oil Moisturising Shampoo (diluted in water)
Intense Protein Treatment: Aubrey Oraganics OR Organic Root Stimulator Hair Mayonnaise


Weekly

  1. Pre-Poo with Vatika Oil [Enriched Coconut Oil]  for 30 minutes with a heat cap
  2. Co-wash hair on alternative weeks and wash with Curls Cleansing Cream: in four sections 
  3. Apply moisturising conditioner of choice
    • Herbal Essence's Hello Hydration mixed with Olive Oil
    • SHEA MOISTURE: Raw Shea Butter Restorative Conditioner
    • CURLS hair tea conditioner
  4. De-tangle hair with Denman brush and twist hair. Leave in hair for another 30 minutes with heat cap.
  5. Rinse Conditioner out of hair, the final rinse being with cool water to close the cuticles.
  6. Add leave-in conditioner and style as desired: Leave-ins I'm currently using:
    • Giovanni Direct Leave-In Conditioner
    • Shea Moisture: Reconstructor [if it was not used as a deep conditioner]  
NOTE: I only use heat when stretch my hair to put in protective style with extensions.
